Welcome to UnStock. By accessing or using our service at unstock.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
UnStock is a cloud-based inventory management platform for small businesses. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro-level access; after the trial, continued use requires a paid Pro, Business, or Enterprise subscription. UnStock is operated by Cesar Araiza, based in Brownsville, Texas, USA.
You must create an account to use UnStock. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to use UnStock.
Free trial: 14 days of full Pro-level access, no credit card required. UnStock does not display advertisements at any time, on any plan.
Pro: $14.99/month, or $9.99/month billed annually ($119.88/year). Unlimited items and locations at a single site, barcode scanning & labels, AI Assist, and Excel/PDF exports.
Business: $29.99/month, or $19.99/month billed annually ($239.88/year). Everything in Pro, plus multi-branch management, the reports module, email & low-stock alerts, and branch-to-branch transfers.
Enterprise: $44.99/month, or $29.99/month billed annually ($359.88/year). Everything in Business, plus purchase & sales orders, scan-to-receive, on-order/committed reports, and optional e-commerce integrations (currently WooCommerce).
When your free trial ends without subscribing, your account becomes read-only: you can still view and export your existing data, but cannot add or edit inventory until you choose a plan. No data is deleted when a trial ends.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro, Business, or Enterprise, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@unstock.app.
You own the inventory data you enter into UnStock. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Enterprise plans may optionally connect a third-party store (such as WooCommerce) using API credentials you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those credentials and for complying with that third party's own terms of service; UnStock uses them solely to sync inventory on your behalf.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
UnStock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnStock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of UnStock after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
While UnStock is designed to serve users in multiple languages, customer support is provided in English only. The AI Assist feature within the app may respond in other languages, but official support communications will be conducted in English.
